Postage & Packing – P&P

A single delivery charge of £3.50 is made per delivery address per order.

By Credit or Debit Card

You can pay using any of the major credit/debit cards whether you order by phone, by fax or online.

By Cheque or Postal Order

You can also pay by cheque, building society cheque or crossed postal order, made payable to Ahava UK. Please don’t send cash. And we’ll be able to process your order more quickly if you don’t use staples, or fold your cheque or postal order. Please write your name and full address including postcode on the back of your cheque.

Delivery

We despatch your order once your payment has been authorised, so if you’re paying by cheque, for example, your order will not be sent out until the cheque has arrived and then been cleared. All orders are dispatched by courier or Royal Mail services. Please allow three to seven days for delivery.

Delivery to an Alternative Address

If you wish to have your order delivered to another address, simply ask the person taking your order. If you are paying by cheque, please make sure the address and postcode that you want the order delivered to is clearly marked on the back of your cheque.
If your order is a gift for someone, we can send it to them directly. Please telephone for details.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to use your statutory right to cancel your order for a refund, you must tell us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the item and you must return the goods to us. (See below for returns instructions.) If you wish to use your statutory right to cancel, you will need to write to us at

Alternatively, you can fax us on 01452 862580 or email us here within 7 working days of receiving your goods.
Please state the relevant item numbers and order numbers. You must also return the goods to us unused, unopened and with their original packaging to the above address within 7 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We also recommend that you use a proof of delivery service.
We will refund the purchase price of the goods and the normal postage charge for sending the goods to you within 30 days of the date of your notice of cancellation. We will not refund any express/priority delivery charges. Please note that if you do not return the goods to us, we will deduct the cost of recovering the goods from you from your refund.
