An agreement for us to sell you Goods is made on these terms when we accept an order made by you via our Web Site. The description of the Goods, the price, VAT and delivery costs are set out in this web site. We will confirm acceptance of your order on-screen.We aim to give you a clear and accurate description of the products we sell.
Details of the Order
The quantity and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us).Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in the Delivery Area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. The Goods which can be ordered via our Web Site are only available for delivery to you if you are based in our Delivery Area.
Price of the Goods
Prices on screen include VAT at the UK rate. If the price of the Goods increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable then you will of course have the option of cancelling the order.Our charges for transport and packaging are detailed on the delivery page and will be included in the total price for the Goods.
Postage & Packing
A single delivery charge of £3.50 is made per delivery address per order.
PayPal will charge your account for payment upon receipt of order. No goods will be dispatched until full payment has been made and, where payment is made by cheque, the funds have cleared. You can pay using any of the major credit/debit cards whether you order by phone or online. You can also pay by cheque, building society cheque or crossed postal order, made payable to Ahava UK. Please don’t send cash. Please write your name and full address including postcode on the back of your cheque.We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this Web Site or PayPal's payment system, unless this is solely due to our negligence.
We despatch your order once your payment has been authorised, so if you’re paying by cheque, for example, your order will not be sent out until the cheque has arrived and then been cleared. All orders are dispatched by courier or Royal Mail services. Please allow three to seven days for delivery. We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.We will aim to deliver within the quoted time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or, if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver.
Returns & Order Cancellation
If you wish to use your statutory right to cancel your order for a refund, you must tell us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the item and you must return the goods to us. If you wish to use your statutory right to cancel, you must write to us at:

Please state the relevant item numbers and order numbers. You must also return the goods to us unused, unopened and with their original packaging to the above address within 7 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend that you use a proof of delivery service. We will refund the purchase price of the goods and the normal postage charge for sending the goods to you within 30 days of the date of your notice of cancellation. We will not refund any express/priority delivery charges. Please note that if you do not return the goods to us, we will deduct the cost of recovering the goods from you from your refund.
If we sent you something you hadn't ordered and which was not an agreed substitute item, return it within 28 working days unused and in its original packaging and we will dispatch the correct goods as soon as possible, with, of course, no additional delivery cost.
Damaged In Transit
Please notify us by email as soon as possible if your purchase is damaged in transit. You can return it within 28 days and either get a replacement or full refund.
If you have a valid claim in respect of any of Goods which is based on any defect in their quality or condition or their failure to meet specification in accordance with the Contract, and you have returned the Goods within the time specified on the Returns Policy, you will be entitled to choose either a refund of the price of the Goods or replacement Goods. We shall not be liable to you in connection with any contract, in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data that your business may suffer.These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Matters Out of Our Control
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
If a recipient's email address is indicated on a printed gift certificate it may only be redeemed by the owner of that email address. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Please treat gift voucherss as cash. AHAVA UK will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates. AHAVA UK reserves the right to cancel the voucher if, in our sole discretion, we deem such action necessary.
All of the written, photographic, design and audio content of the Website together with the selection and arrangement of it and all software compilations are our copyrighted property or that of the people who have granted to us the right to use it and is protected as such.
